Why should you do YOGA

Calmer, more peaceful and more balanced this is how my day looks,

before I started my yoga journey, I was in endless pursuit of my days,

the observation was inward and outward, the joy of achievement was smaller and the desire to succeed only increased in parallel.


So how my Yoga change my life?


Balance


few little words helped me to balance myself:

Before yoga i said to myself - i hate my body, i'm so behind, i'm all alone and i failed

After yoga is said to myself - i honor my body, i'm on my path, i'm loved and supported and i'm learning and growing.






















Be Present


Before yoga in my gym training i used to "show up" on time, check my cellphone during the training. compete with others and leave whether i want

After started my yoga journey i show up early to training, no cellphone, listen to my body and stay for whole class























Better Breathing


Pranayama will supports the parasympathetic nervous system, quiets the mind, and helps to bring about a state of more focused attention.























Stress


when i started my yoga journey i was much more stressed, i learn through the yoga how to control it.

in a national surveys 85% of yoga students approved that yoga helped them to control their stress.






















Be yourself

Yoga training made me believe in myself, not try to be someone else not to compete with other people just to have fun.

This way made me believe in myself more and improve my confidence and improve my daily life.
